public interface ServantManagerOperations

servant 管理器提供一个 POA，该 POA 在接受以非激活的对象为目标的请求时能够根据需要激活对象。servant 管理器在 POA 中注册为一个回调对象，以供 POA 在需要时调用。ServantManager 可以是 ServantActivator，也可以是 ServantLocator。对于它所注册的 POA 对象，ServantManager 对象必须是本地的。
