ConnectionEvent

Construct a ConnectionEvent object. SQLException defaults to null.

Parameters:
con - the pooled connection that is the source of the event

                       java.sql.SQLException ex)

Construct a ConnectionEvent object.

Parameters:
con - the pooled connection that is the source of the event
ex - the SQLException about to be thrown to the application
