Parameters:
handler - the handler object to execute

HandlerExecutionChain

Create a new HandlerExecutionChain.

Parameters:
handler - the handler object to execute
interceptors - the array of interceptors to apply (in the given order) before the handler itself executes

getInterceptors

Return the array of interceptors to apply (in the given order).

Returns:
