            throws IllegalArgumentException,
                   ClassCastException

Notifies that the an event happended.

Parameters:

ev - event that describes the action

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if the event is not of valid type, then the caller should call the listener no more

ClassCastException - if the event is not of valid type, then the caller should call the listener no more
