Java Development Kit (JDK(TM)) Development Tools - JDK 5 Documentation v1.2.2, Java 2 SDK 英文文档

Java

JavaTM 2 SDK Tools

Documentation Contents

Each of the development tools comes in a Microsoft Win32, SolarisTM, and Linux version. There is virtually no difference in features between these three versions. However, there are minor differences in configuration and usage to accommodate the special requirements of each operating system. (For example, the way you specify directory separators depends on the OS.)

The following documents contain important information you will need to know to get the most out of the SDKTM tools.

SDK File Structure [Solaris] [Linux] [Microsoft Windows]
Setting the Classpath [Solaris] [Linux] [Microsoft Windows]
  How Classes are Found [All]
  Migration from 1.1 to 1.2
Command Line Changes [Solaris and Linux] [Microsoft Windows]
  Tools Changes [All]
  Solaris Multithreading Options [Solaris only]

The remaining sections provide a brief introduction to the tools in the SDK, with links to their reference pages:
