Return the value of all the elements of the array.

Returns:: an array of Anys.

set_elements

                  throws InvalidSeq

Set the values of all elements of an array represented by this DynArray.

Parameters:: value - the array of Anys.
Throws:: InvalidSeq - if the sequence is bad.
