Should the given field be read intercepted?

Parameters:: desc -; name -
Returns:: true if the given field should be read intercepted; otherwise false.

handleWrite

public boolean handleWrite(String desc,
                           String name)

Should the given field be write intercepted?

Parameters:: desc -; name -
Returns:: true if the given field should be write intercepted; otherwise false.
